【ご注文の流れ】

① お問い合わせ

　お問い合わせフォームまたはメールにて、ご希望内容をお知らせください。

　数量・デザイン・色数・納期など、ざっくりしたご相談でも構いません。

　この段階で御見積させていただきます。

　ご希望の場合は、PDFカタログの送付も承っております。

② デザイン確認・仕様打ち合わせ

　お預かりしたデータをもとに印刷方法やレイアウトを確認します。

　必要に応じて、簡易サンプル画像をお送りすることも可能です。

　なお、色再現性の都合上、Pantone等の色指定は基本的に承っておりません。

　当社指定カラーからの選択となります。

③ サンプル制作（任意）

　基本的には一発仕上げとなりますが、ご希望の場合は有料サンプルの制作も可能です。

④ 本生産・検品

　確定した仕様に基づき、岐阜の工房で一枚ずつ手作業でプリントを行います。

　仕上がり後、全数検品を経て出荷いたします。

⑤ 納品

　ご指定の納期に合わせてお届けいたします。

　通常の小ロットは1〜1.5ヶ月ほどで完成します。

　海外発送の場合は、プラス1か月程の納期をお考え下さい。

【Order Flow】

① Inquiry

Please contact us via the inquiry form or by email with your desired specifications.

We welcome rough ideas — such as quantity, design, number of print colors, or preferred delivery date.

A quotation will be provided at this stage.

If you wish, we can also send you a PDF catalog for reference.

② Design Confirmation & Specification Discussion

Based on the design data you provide, we will review the printing method and layout.

A simple digital preview can be shared upon request.

Due to the characteristics of the printing process, we do not accept specific color matching requests such as Pantone.

Please select from our standard color options.

③ Sample Production (Optional)

Our printing process is typically a one-take, direct-to-glass method.

However, a paid sample can be produced upon request for you to confirm the finish before full production.

④ Production & Inspection

Once specifications are confirmed, each piece is hand-printed at our workshop in Gifu.

After printing, every item is carefully inspected before shipment.

⑤ Delivery

Products will be delivered according to your preferred schedule.

For small-lot orders, production usually takes about 1 to 1.5 months.

For international shipping, please allow approximately one additional month for delivery.

【基本料金】

　製作にあたっては、マグカップ本体代とオリジナルデザインのプリント製作費（転写シートやサンプル制作を含む）が必要です。

　マグカップ代には標準仕様の外箱が含まれています。

　数量やデザイン仕様によりお見積りが異なりますので、どうぞお気軽にお問い合わせください。

　　※オリジナル製作は一度プリントすると他デザインへ転用できないため、　初回のご注文時は前払いでお願いする場合がございます。

　　　特に、個人事業主様やWeb上で企業情報を確認できない法人様の場合は、　基本的に前金制でのご対応となります。

【印刷版代】

　①転写シート版代

　ガラス用絵具の転写シートは、初回製作時に版を作成し、リピート生産時には初回費用の約半額を目安に追加費用が発生します。

　　※版代は色数・印刷面積・デザイン内容により変動します。

　　※繰り返しのご注文を想定される場合は、転写シートをまとめて多めに印刷しておくことをおすすめします。

　② プリント版代

　単色プリントは最もコストを抑えられますが、多色やグラデーションを含む複雑なデザインになるほど版代は高くなります。

　水彩表現や写真調のデザインなども同様に、製版工程が増えるため費用が上がります。

　データを事前に共有いただければ、最適な方法でお見積りいたします。

【送料】

　出荷は岐阜県のプリント工房より行っております。

　1カートン（46個入り）単位で梱包・発送いたします。

　配送先地域により送料が異なりますので、お見積り時に詳細をご案内いたします。

【Basic Pricing】

Each order includes the mug base price and printing fee for your original design

(covering transfer sheet and sample production costs).

A standard box is included with each mug.

Pricing varies by quantity and design specifications — please feel free to contact us for a quote.

Since each design is printed exclusively for your order,

advance payment may be required for first-time clients.

For individual customers or companies without verifiable information online,

we generally request payment in advance.

【Plate Fee】

1. Transfer Sheet Fee

For glass paint transfer sheets, a plate is created during the first production.

Repeat orders incur an additional fee, typically around half of the initial cost.

The exact fee depends on color count, print area, and design complexity.

If you anticipate future reorders, we recommend printing extra transfer sheets in advance.

2. Direct Print Fee

Single-color prints are the most economical.

The plate fee increases with additional colors or gradient effects.

Watercolor-like or photographic designs require more complex processing and therefore higher costs.

By sharing your design data in advance, we can provide the most suitable printing estimate.

【Shipping】

All products are shipped from our Gifu printing workshop.

Each carton contains 30 pieces.

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and will be included in your quotation.
